"I requested duct cleaning on 7 homes. Found out this week that I was invoiced and paid for all, but they were not all performed. Disappointed. I recommend you use a service that confirms the work with a camera image of the duct"

"Horrible job. Originally installed back in April 2024 and had to reinstall the entire system again in October. Second install attempt by their ?A? team was another hack job. The primary issue is horrible communication - the worst management team ever. They are unresponsive and fail to effectively communicate. You would think the fact our unit has had nothing but issues would necessitate ongoing communication from their management team - no such effort. I?m amazed they are still in business. An install with complex intermittent issues I can deal with - but no excuse for a lazy lackadaisical management team with no communication skills or desire to engage in the process."

"Parkers and sons is not the compay that you want to hire, they are unreliable, they are over priced and will send you the wrong technisions. they just try to sell you products that you dont need or asked for,they charged my credit card without my authorization and when i called they agreed to refund the amount, i waited over 25 days and never received a refund which forced me to dispute the charge with my credit card company, never hire this comapny. No integrity"

"Called to get my AC cleaned after purchasing a year plan for over $500 and got denied. This plan is supposed to cover 2 cleanings a year. I used one upon my purchase of the plan. Apparently under the fine print of the contract cleanings are not covered in the last 3 months of the “year” contract. Really bad business practice to mislead your customers to thinking you are covered for the year. Wish to see more honest places live up to claims. I would find somewhere else if I were you."
