"<p>This was a great experience. I have one bedroom that has about 4 external walls and could never be cooled like the rest of the house. Wahl came out and looked, advised me what may work best, then installed it. Mr Wahl came out for the look and estimate and was through and quick. One week later two gentlemen arrived to install my new split system. They were professional and personable and took pride in their work. I really did not know what was involved in this installation until I witnessed it. From installing a new circuit breaker and running the new line across the attic, mounting the wall unit in the bedroom and the very complex installation of the compressor and required equipment, what a great job!! </p>"

"The crew did an excellent job. They were on time, neat, and courteous. The project foreman was present throughout the job except for Saturday. They ran over a day but finished the job on the weekend to accommodate my schedule. I was very impressed! When the job was over, they left the house neat, replaced all furniture, helped me re-hang window treatments, and did a walk-through with me through the entire house to make sure all trim-work was finished and everything had been cleaned up to my satisfaction. "Company was professional, efficient and friendly from phone service to installers. On initial call, I explained that I wasn't sure whether I could repair my original door or would need to replace it so they sent an installer out to my house. We discussed all options but he wasn"t "pitching" a new door, he gave me all the facts and we both agreed it was time to replace it. I asked him to email me an estimate for two options for door replacements. When the estimates came, I called them to schedule my installation date. Since I was using my week off to have the work done, they were able to help me time the order placement so that I would still be able to get the work done that week even if the order was delayed a few days. Everything arrived on time. The installation went without a hitch, They framed out the new door so that it looked finished. I only had to paint the new frame, which was quick and easy. I love my new door! It is a triple panel with one stationary panel, allowing the door to be opened extra wide when needed. They even photographed the door in use so it might show up on their website. "Let me first say that I shopped around with several companies before choosing Parker & Sons. Among the best known and best rated HVAC companies their prices was equally competitive. I was sold on the customer support I received from the beginning. My 18 year old a/c unit went out and needed a replacement. In the meantime the sales agent, Jake, made immediately available to me a portable unit to help keep that side of the house cool. After the a/c was installed I was assisted by quite the team to ensure appropriate optimization. I would like to give thanks to Jake, Wes, Christian, Aaron, Dujuan, Mike, and Chad for incredible customer service. It was clear they cared about making sure I was fully satisfied with the new a/c and their service. The new unit is terrific. I love the wifi access they helped install in the thermostat. I'm also incredibly impressed with and partially sold by their warranty. I didn't come across another company that included such a customer-friendly warranty that would include everything even up to removal of the system and full return of money if needed (given their outstanding service I bet this is a rare phenomenon but gave me a sense of insurance going forth with a relatively large purchase). I will be calling Parker & Sons in the future if/when my other a/c unit goes out."
