"I interviewed six solar companies and got bids from three. Charlie of Landmark construction & energy crew stood out much more above the other companies that I spoke and met with. He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. In addition he worked with his crew at the beginning of installation to make sure everything was perfect with a tricky area of my roofline. Above all of what I wrote above, Charlie and the office staff are very organized people. Charlie was able to provide me with a lot of information about rebates, taxes etc… and Every bit of information I could want related to monitoring my system, working with Landmark construction & energy crew, maximizing the cost benefits, and getting my tax rebate, are all gathered and clearly labelled in a binder. Charlie knew how to explain everything about solar and I could see during our meetings how much patient he have. Charlie didn't have to push anything in order to sell his work to me because his product was the one I wanted, it made sense, and the price was better than others. "Adi was our contact person for the new roof project. Everything from communication all the way to the final sign off of the contract was terrific. Adi and his people did a very detailed inspection of the roof in order to be able and provide us with the most accurate estimate. His inspection revealed that the existing roof could stay for another year, but we figured that if we will wait, materials will probably increase in price, so we decided to replace it. We went into contract on 9/15/17 and the work started on 10/17/17 and was completed 11/3/17. The working crew showed up on time in professionally marked vehicles and they were very nice and professional in their work. The old roof was removed in less than a day and the new roof installation started the same day. The new roof including the new gutters turned out great. They did a massive cleanup job also! Adi visited us each day and monitored the crew to facilitate the process and made sure everything went without issues. We could not be happier with the roof job they did and we would not think twice to refer them to any my friends and family who need a quality, responsible, and reliable roofing company."
