"I was able to pick my pieces of granite at their warehouse, which basicly meant I could inspect them before they went on the truck.  When the installers came out they knew they had to recut and finish five feet of counter top, and they did a perfect job.  The installers also designed and built a granite housing to go over the back and top of my stove.  They also reinforced underneath the bar behind the stove with plywood.  I was very impressed, and recommend them without reservation.  It looks more luxe than it cost me! <br />"

"My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally.  My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood.  We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted.  <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough.  I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct.  Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order.  We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way.  She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order.  Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful.  After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down.  They did an excellent job and we really love our floor.  There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct.  We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"

"Scott Geitzen arrived at our 110 year old home while under remodeling conditions. He gave us his opinion about what materials would suit our lifestyle - we opted for travertine in the master bath/shower and ceramic tile in the great room addition. He installed both of these projects to perfection! The shower is a vaulted roof portion and not an easy project - the work was outstanding. The ceramic tiles in the great room are 18and quot; and layed on a diagonal. Beautiful. I expect people who work in my home to respect my surroundings. Scott does this and more. He always cleans up at the end of the day and even mopped our floors to remove any extra dust. He is conscientious, honest, on-time, and professional. His rates might not be the lowest but you will get the finished job you want! <br />"
