Their price was competitive with the other two, but their communication and follow through set them apart . They were also able to measure, fabricate and install with outstanding quality, all within a few days. Others told us it would take two weeks. I am an architect and this was an installation for my own home, so i was vey particular about the details. Moshe came out to measure and then put me in contact with David to answer some follow up questions that I had. David was detail oriented and answered all of my questions and was willing to work back and forth with me via phone and text to resolve details and scheduling. "I had a broken piece of stone in my kitchen countertop, right in the front of the sink. There was a vein in the stone that I think water got in and eventually caused a crack. Eran quickly came and quoted the job for me and did the work the next day. He did the job fast and cleanly. The stone repair could have been a little smoother in my opinion, but it is well sealed and the glue matches the stone well and nobody will ever see the repair. While he was there, he re-caulked the entire sink to prevent that kind of crack from happening again. All in all, a great experience."

Under difficult circumstances due to my condo buildings strict rules Enner managed to get my job done under that had a tight deadline as I wanted the work done before I moved in to my condo. He picked up the tile I had purchased from the store and set to work removing the carpet and installing the tile in my bedrooms and closets. Because my condo is in an older building we discovered that the floor was far from flat. The guys made sure to level my floor whilst laying the tile. Enner and his guys were conscientious, hard workers and kept everything neat and clean. "My experience with them was good - Barbara was a very friendly customer service agent, and I was actually going to use another company before I talked to her. She swayed me to BNS.
The installation went well - they showed up on time, and my granite looks AMAZING! Truly. My kitchen was oddly-shaped, and they made everything look great even with the oddball measurements.
The only reason I gave them a "B" for quality is because once they left, I did notice some of my plumbing parts were broken, some sealer gunk was stuck in my carpet, and they took my old sink with parts attached that I had to re-purchase. When contacted the company, they were very responsive, and even wrote me a check for the parts I had to buy. I did appreciate that.
Overall, I thought they were a good company, and I would use them again."
