"Determined that it was not the pump but possibly the control board. This will help us in determining if it is cost-effective to repair the dishwasher or buy a new one."

"Michael went above and beyond to help me with my washing machine repair. He first talked me through a process over the phone just to see if I could actually fix it myself . I ended up needing to hire him. He even came back a 2nd time when the first fix didnâ t quite fix it all. AND called me once fixed to make sure it was still working properly.. He knows his stuff- and he will definitely be my go to for ALL appliance repair."

"Would definitely high him again. Knowledge of kitchen appliances is impressive."

"Had a Dacor oven control panel go bad. Sent them over. They called and asked me some questions. Told me to remove 2 relay boards. I sent them over thinking I would need to spend an additional $300.00. The fixed all three boards for the original quote of $120.00 or so. The best customer service on the phone, and Chris the technician was just great also. Thanks so much folks. The stove works like new.... A+++++++++"

"Jaron did an awesome job. He arrived on time, diagnosed problem and returned later in the afternoon to make the repair. Awesome service, excellent timing, and low service fee. Highly recommend!"

"Unfortunately, our stove is beyond repair, because its 21 years old. No parts available for our stove. Wayne from Cowboy was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He actually felt bad he couldn't help us. I will remember him when we need some repairs in the future"

"Justin was prompt in responding to my e-mail, followed by a phone call. He was able to provide service the same day, in the evening. He is extremely knowledgable and honest!!! The very next day he returned to fix my washing machine. Everything works great, and I will reccomend him to anyone who needs an appliance repair!!!"
