"I hired Cowboy Appliances Service and Repair to work on my oven. I have nothing bad to say about their services. When I sent in a report requesting services for my oven, they responded promptly. When there was still an issue with my oven after the technician first repaired it, I contacted them back after hours (that was the time when I used my oven after the services was completed) expressing my concerns. I wasn't ignored. I wasn't rushed off. My concerns were validated. The technician returned the very next day. He fixed the issue with my oven without charging me extra for the same problem or making up another problem to try to get more money out of me. I respect and appreciate that wholeheartedly giving that we live in an time where the economy is very high and some people and companies try to take advantage of their customers in their time of need. The customer service was great and down to earth. I would recommend this company to anyone needing services on their appliances."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I submitted a range/oven control board (15 yrs. old) and doubted that I would be satisfied with the service, based on past similar experiences with other companies. To my, and my wife's surprise, we received the best service ever, not to mention the reasonable cost for the repair. The gentleman that did the repair called personally to describe all components he replaced prior to return shipping, including one that had was not in their stock. "I bought a Choice Home Warranty for my aging mother as I don't live in the same town as she does and can't help her in the way I'd like to, especially with repairs to her appliances and systems. Having a full home warranty with Choice, it has given me the peace of mind knowing that I can get someone in to help her that isn't taking advantage of her age and situation and overcharging her. We've had to have 2 repairs this first year; her gas stovetop and her washing machine. The stovetop took several visits to get the problem fixed but that was for parts, but we only had to pay the service fee and it works just fine now. We were very pleased with the repair serviceperson and how he treated my mother. The washing machine had a problem, we called, someone showed up and checked out the machine and said it was a really, really old washing machine and said it would be more expensive to repair that replace. Choice paid $350 for the washing machine replacement value and that doesn't really buy a replacement as Maytag washing machines run about $600 for the bottom model, but it still was something to help towards the cost of replacing and overall, I'm very happy with the Choice Home Warranty product."
