"Lenny diagnosed the source of failure of two major appliances, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. He carefully explained what parts were defective and came back with a colleague to repair the dishwasher. His analysis of the refrigerator problem prompted me to replace, not repair, the failing unit. "I like the way he does business. The hot water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Hector arrived at the house, examined the water heater, and then explained to me my options for replacement. He then went to Loweâ s for the water heater and parts necessary to complete the job. "Al responded right away after I posted the job at 9PM on Friday. I called him Saturday morning, and he came in two hours and fixed the dryer which was not heating up.
