"Rey's crew were available quickly and did a great job on our interior project. Clean, professional and we're good about double checking the right paint products we wanted before applying everything."

I have over 15 years of construction experience as a teen and young adult but have spent the last 13+ years performing facility maintenance for my local school district where for the last five years I ran the department. I had to leave the district because of certain life situations, so I decided to start my own handyman service to enable me to be more involved with my family's needs. I am YNOT Services LLC and am Licensed and insured to do work as well as accredited with the BBB in Colorado. I am offering quality work at an affordable rate, and I do things the right way every time. If there is ever a job, I can't do I will not be shy about saying so, but chances are I will have a few suggestions as to who can. I am a lifelong resident of western Colorado and want the people of the area I grew up in to get quality service that won't break the bank.

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Chris and his crew was very professional. They provided quality work and were easy to communicate with."

"Eric came in and performed many different jobs on a rental property to include lighting, painting, replacing fixtures, and repairs. A major job considering the condition that the home was left in. . Ericâ s work is high quality and done in a timely manner.. I couldnâ t have been happier with the work that was done! I would rate him the best rating possible for quality of work, cost, and professionalism!"

"Jesse is very professional Came early, brought a helper, worked fast, worked smart My son and I both said “wow” he’s the real deal!"

"????? I highly recommend Western Slope Facility Services. Michael and his team were professional, reliable, and completed the work exactly as promised. Communication was excellent throughout the project, pricing was fair, and the quality of workmanship exceeded expectations. They handled everything efficiently and left the property clean when the job was finished. If you're looking for a dependable contractor for repairs, maintenance, cleaning, remodeling, or property improvement projects, Western Slope Facility Services is a great choice."

"Dustin McElvaney has a thorough knowledge of all phases of construction. He handled all my needs, including painting all of the interior, re-grouting, electric work, diagnose and repair evaporative cooling system as well as oversee subcontractors. His work was outstanding and his prices very fair. This project could’ve been a nightmare but Dustin made it a successful and enjoyable venture."

"From beginning to end Don was there every step of the way to make sure I understood the process and stayed on track with the agreed upon time frame of the build. I give him a 10 plus rating and would definitely refer anyone looking to build a quality home!!!"
