"Please find a copy of the letter we sent to The Pool Shop, Plainfield, IN, upon completion of project, which took place in the fall of 2015 in the Fishers area. 
We wanted to take time to write this letter to let you know how pleased we are with The Pool Shop and your customer-focused employees who helped make our recent pool installation a rewarding experience.
Chris Ray led the project team for our pool installation.  We understand this was one of his first assignments as ?the lead.? 
Chris was absolutely fantastic!   He was very communicative, responsive and he took the time to help us understand every step along the process.  We could see that he felt ownership to ensuring we were pleased with our decision to hire The Pool Shop ? always considering our needs first and helping us make the right decisions from design to finish.  He helped us consider all
options and followed through with even the smallest details. 
We also have to give high marks to your sub-contractor, Justin Grounds of Grounds Quality Lawn Care. 
His vision and openness to listen to us ? even as things changed in the middle of the installation?was exceptional. 
He created a backyard attraction that enhanced the pool and the landscaping, making our new recreational area a jaw dropping attraction. 
Finally, we must complement The Pool Shop and Grounds for hiring great support crews.  Both teams worked very quickly and their attention to details were outstanding.  In addition, they were also very friendly and considerate.  The professionalism they
displayed represented both companies extremely well ? adding to even more satisfaction we experienced during the installation. 
 
Spring is just around the corner.  We look forward to attending Pool School and enjoying our new backyard experience next season.

"Thank you Start to Finish for making my house look beautiful. I contracted with this company almost a year ago, I was a client of Lawn Pride for almost 8 years. I don't regret the change at all. They are a great company, with solid values. They put the customer first, and their expertise and professionalism is subpar. I have used three different services from S2F, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. 1. They provide maintenance for my lawn, the combination of products they use is just perfect for my lawn, my grass is green, healthy and free of weeds. The technician is courteous and professional, he takes the time to put his machine through the small gate in the fenced backyard. He hasn't hit it once. Kudos for a great maneuvering skills. 2. Last year, I met with Cameron, and we talked about outdoor lighting. He recommended a set of Bluetooth color changing lights. As you can see from the pictures, you can seamlessly change the lighting colors from your phone. There is a huge array of colors, with the option of alternating the scene with up to three different colors. The installation was quick and efficient and the product worked right away. They have a very good warranty and don't consume a lot of energy. The price was reasonable and scheduling was very quick, even in the middle of January. 3. This spring, they mulched and cleaned my mulch beds for the first time ever, I have always done this myself thinking I can cut costs. It is totally worth it to let professionals do this. As you can see from the pictures, the level of detail in every mulch bed is something I can't achieve. They also buried the downspouts, this helps tremendously to control water from coming in the basement. This was done two weeks ago, and you can't notice the cuts in the grass anymore. The price was reasonable, and the work was done very well. Overall, I give Start to Finish a 5 out of 5 in every aspect of their work. I have no reservation in recommending them for any type of outdoor work you need. I encourage you to visit their website to see everything they are capable of."

"The workers that Dave sent were very friendly and considerate. When they unwrapped the old wood on the columns, they found that there were no posts inside. They had to go and get 6x6 posts and install those. Then they replaced the old wood with pvc materials (my choice) and added trim to the top and bottom of the columns. Then they painted them and they look exactly as I had envisioned - so pretty! They also installed a wrought iron handrail that I had ordered for the steps ."

"We are new to the area and were unsure who to call for yard clean up and dirt haul away after a fencing install. We came across Heath Outdoor LLC on Angies List and decided to give them a try after recieving two bids that were way out of the price range we were wanting to spend. They were very friendly and professional, and incredibly price competitive! We did not hesitate and booked our job with them right away. The crew that did the work the very next day (excellent turn around time!!!) was prompt and efficient, and very nice. Not to mention the phenomenal job they did! They used hand tools and were very gentle on our new sod, leaving our yard clean and our grass in great shape! We will definitely be returning to Heath Outdoor for our future landscaping needs! "Bruce was great! Was a little late, but called ahead of the appointment time to let us know he was running behind. He inspected the waterline from in the kitchen and within the crawl space. He determined that running the waterline from under the sink would be a much better option for the newer model dishwasher that we purchased. He rerouted the waterline, installed the dishwasher, turned the water and electrical back on then ensured it was running properly! We are very pleased with his work and plan to use them again in the future for home maintenance needs."
