"I have relied on Ron to fix/repair many issues with my home. He found the source of a sneaky roof leak and redid all the flashing around my fireplace chimney (which another contractor did poorly the first time), repaired a crack in the chimney cap and redid the grouting in the stack. He completely remodeled my bathroom, which required demolition out to the 2x4's, removal of rotted subfloor, mold/mildew mitigation, laying custom tile and wall treatments, plumbing, and the creative solution for many, many problems he discovered along the way. Recently, he repaired a section of my roof that took some damage from a fallen tree. I've also relied on him for many smaller "honey-do" projects. He is a dream to work with, always professional, leaving the worksite cleaner than when he found it, and communicating his ideas clearly with no suprises. "The workers that Dave sent were very friendly and considerate. When they unwrapped the old wood on the columns, they found that there were no posts inside. They had to go and get 6x6 posts and install those. Then they replaced the old wood with pvc materials (my choice) and added trim to the top and bottom of the columns. Then they painted them and they look exactly as I had envisioned - so pretty! They also installed a wrought iron handrail that I had ordered for the steps ."

"Bill Brown measured the vanity top area. We then visited Granite Works shop to select granite slab. This job involved an under mount sink which we supplied along with new faucet and connector lines. Granite Works is not required to install faucets/drains, but Bill said he would. The counter was delivered and installed as agreed upon. Tivo (co-owner with Dan Evans) installed the unit. The workmanship is outstanding. We have done business with Granite Works though a kitchen remodeler before and they are a quality company."

"Our experience with Schriber Flooring was fantastic. I would HIGHLY recommend Trey and his team to anyone. We found him on Angie’s List and he had excellent reviews. We got several quotes and his was the cheapest, but we also got to see pictures of work he had already done for other clients beforehand. Trey came out to give us an estimate, and because of his expertise and advice we learned that we actually wanted to buy a different type of flooring (vinyl plank instead of laminate), and he was able to recommend different better options of where to buy it. I was so impressed with him. Upon pulling up the old carpet, Trey ended up finding severe water damage with mold and a rotten subfloor underneath, so the job ended up being much larger than anticipated, but we were prepared for potential damage under the floor. Trey was professional, hardworking, quick; he made sure to give me options every step of the way. He wouldn’t make changes without giving me an updated estimate. And he was a total perfectionist; at one point in the entry way, they were almost done but the floor was making a weird popping noise, so he pulled it back up and then worked on the subfloor until it stopped making the noise. They even got in the crawl space and checked the joists for me to see if there was any damage underneath (there wasn’t, thank goodness!). If you’re looking at doing a project, I’d DEFINITELY consider Schriber Flooring. We have already arranged for him to come back and do the rest of our floors!"
