He and his assistant arrived on time both days, took great care to protect our floors and bathroom, and even vacuumed our ceiling vent for us. "Sergo (the owner), Leo, and his team at Picasso Construction did not let me down on the second, very large renovation. This was a whole-townhome renovation in a 40-year old building, and required a lot of major work (bathrooms, floors, reconfiguring the kitchen, lighting, etc). All of this was complicated by the pandemic, by me (the owner) living 30 min away, construction materials not being readily available, etc etc. Nonetheless, Sergo and his team came through, and did a great job under these difficult circumstances and Iâ m very pleased. They were always on time, came when they promised to come (unusual in this business) and completed my project on time and pretty much on budget. I felt that I could trust them to get the work done. Sergo will not to let you down even once the work is done and if something is wrong, as can often happen, he will show up and resolve any issues. This is critical in a large renovation. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would not hesitate to hire him again if the need arises."

"These guys were great. We had some water damage and needed to get our kitchen back up and running. Matt the owner came the same day we called and helped provide us with multiple options. After moving forward, they showed up on time daily and finished the renovation within the quoted time frame. They didn’t cut corners and were the most competitive in price. Matt was on site daily and provided updates and progress. I would recommend them to my family and friends. I’ve already had them install a portico in my back yard and will do future projects with them. Can’t thank them enough."

"George and his team did a great job gut-renovating my New York City apartment. George guided me through the entire renovation process from the initial design to handling DOB permits/inspections to the actual construction and everything in between. He and his crew are top-notch - they are by the far the best contracting company I've worked with. The quality of their work is fantastic, and their attention to detail is outstanding. I am particularly happy with the flooring, tiling, and painting that they did. I always receive compliments from visitors on how nice everything looks in my apartment post-renovation. Price-wise, Elite Tech is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Their prices are fair and they do NOT cut corners. A few times George was not entirely satisfied with how some part of the renovation came out and would re-do it even though everything looked great to me. He treated my apartment renovation as if he were re-doing his own home. If any issues came up (as is normal for renovations), George would immediately notify me and provide multiple solutions. He has seen and fixed it all! It's worth noting that George is ridiculously responsive via phone, email, and text. I was always able to get in contact with him even when he was busy traveling. I am very thankful that I chose Elite Tech for my renovation."
