The bait that Rick laid out would make the rodents sick and die after two days (outside of my house) so they wouldn't perish inside my walls or pipes to smell.   <br>Two weeks later, Jose came by, inspected the baits traps for any disturbances, (which there were not).  We only had one rodent per year.  But that was enough for us.  -LOL!  Then, he plugged up all the exterior holes with a very coarse steel wool material which would severely hurt any potential subsequent rodents should they try to gain access.   <br>Both technicians were courteous, patient with our questions, educated us on rodent activity, and Heritage Pest Control practices.
