"BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company is all about getting their $99.00 for the estimate, selling you an annual service fee and then quoting exuberant prices. Not really sure if they really care about doing the actual plumbing work. Recently gave me an estimate for a job of $500. Learned later after from another plumber that what they wanted to do was actually not correct AND should have cost no more than $250. Had I used Fayette Heating / H20 Mastero, I would have paid $600 for a job done incorrectly. At least the 99.00 I paid kept me from damaging my house further. There are a lot of reputable plumbers in Lexington. Suggest you look elsewhere"

"We are a retired couple on a fixed income that was charged $6,000 for a sump pump that was not necessary. The issue turned out to be the AC drain line was clogged. We questioned the diagnosis because when we saw water on our garage floor it had not rained for 5 days. The technician told us assured us we needed the sump pump. After its installation we continued to see the same amount of water in the same location on the garage floor. The technician returned and at that time we asked about the AC drain. He snaked it and said it was fixed. The next day, a Saturday, same thing, same water. This time a different technician was sent. He identified the problem immediately, flushed the drain and took photos of the blockage that he found. Now the problem is finally fixed, but something that should have cost no more than a few hundred dollars cost us $6,000. We have been trying to get at least some compensation for the misdiagnosis. There add says responsive and responsible but so far they have not been."
