"Customer Svc (calling into the office for scheduling/ followup) huge pain. The scheduling process is tedious. They pummel you with a barrage of emails, texts, phone calls. Their price is double other reasonable specific providers vs local handyman providers. I went with these guys based on their claim they *fix/repair* any minor defects. My oversized gutters were new a few years b4 service. I cleaned the gutters myself up until Ned Stevens work. I thought the check and fix was a good decision. As a result of this work, I now have downspouts separating from the gutter that I cannot fix myself. I expected much more for $190. Their *deals* $7 off , 10% off offer no value in my opinion."

"I left for work early on the day they were to install my gutters, and when I came home, I had new gutters. The only problem was with the placement of one downspout. The workers had it draining into the gutter on my sunroom, but I wanted it to drain to the ground so that I can install a rain barrel. I spoke with Kathy (in the office) and Jeremy ( the salesman), who went over the drawings for the installation and was able to get the downspout fixed as I wanted it. In fact, I didn't realize the work had been done until this morning, when I spoke with George when he came out to see if I was happy with the work. There was a minor problem with some flashing from the roofing job that was done earlier and George went up to fix that. While he was on the roof, he noticed that the leaf guards installed in my gutters needed a few extra screws. He said he would have a crew swing past on their way back to the shop and take care of the problem. Overall, a very good job of installing the gutters and helping me with the minor problems I had. Thanks to everyone involved with the job.
