"I got the referral from home advisor, and Anthony called about 3 hours later, and said he could come by in about 2 hours. About 1 ½ hours later he is at the door. he listened to my problem, explained what needed to be done, gave an estimate on rodding before starting, and then cleared the drain, then gave an estimate on the other problems I had. His first priority was that my drain was cleared. He made me feel as though he really cared his work, and his customers. I will be calling him back for the minor work as soon as I can. Thanks"

"Week before last we thought we had a clogged toilet.. It was apparently the main sewer line. We called a commercial franchise plumber out and $550 later we thought everything was fixed. This was on a Thursday. By the following Monday we were experiencing the same thing. We call them back out because it was a 6 month warranty. He & his team installed a cleanout in case this happened again we wouldn't have an issue getting it cleaned. This company hands down had excellent service and the owner was respectful, nice and delivered what he promised plus a 10 year warranty ."

"Well. I have a sewer backup system that Permaseal installed in 2012. Never had a problem with it and it solved my sewer backup problem. I am supposed to have it inspected annually. I skipped a few years by laziness. They inspected this year. All was in order. They did however recommend that I replace a pump that is beyond its expected useful life and also batteries that are beyond their life. Those will be done in September or October. At same time I asked them to look at a floor drain in an unfinished portion of my basement. Water had come up. "The plumbing on the lower level of my place went haywire a couple of weeks ago and there was a smelly overflow of water coming out of the drain where my furnace and hot water heater drained condensation.  I called Charlie in a bit of a panic and left a message.  I waited a couple of hours and called back, and he picked up to let me know he was working on another job and would call me back.  Charlie called back around 9:30pm and told me that the issue is most likely related to my sump pump.  I told Charlie I had to leave for work at a certain time the next day so he said he could come over in the morning.  In the meanwhile, he told me not to run any water on the lower level.   <br /> When Charlie came over, he checked the electrical connection first, which was fine, and eventually found out that the sump pump had died.  So right away, he ran out to grab a new one and came back quickly to begin replacing the pump.  When he tested the new sump pump, it still didn't work, and he ended up finding a clog in the pipes.  He fixed that issue right away.  Charlie finished right by the time I had to leave for work.   <br /> Throughout the process, he took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me some tips along the way, which was much appreciated by this first time home buyer.  It was nice to experience someone so thorough and nice... Plus, Charlie gave me a good price on the services.  It's nice to know he's close by, too.  I'd give him a call again if I ran into any other plumbing issues. <br />"
