He gave me an honest and fair estimate, and then continued to answer tons of questions that I had over the following months while I was getting other quotes and trying to make a decision. Lewis was patient and responsive, and after many months I decided to take the plunge. Lewis did everything above-board, getting the permits and approval from the historic district. His crew worked diligently through snow and freezing temperatures to completely replace my leaking roof and did a superb job paying attention to every tiny detail. Lewis communicated with me daily about everything they were doing. I have never had a contractor be so accommodating and communicative. I was so impressed with his crew that I ended up adding on more extras to the job and had him repair and refinish a roof on a second property I own. My roof looks spectacular now - much better than the old slate I had to replace. It was a complicated job which involved the replacement of a lot of rotten wood, old insulation, mansard roof sides and a flat roof with multiple old skylights. I would recommend him without any reservations to any of my friends and will use him for any roofing issue I ever have in the future."

He made sure were were happy with the entire job and even went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. In a day that many contractors don't even return calls, New Again Restoration made the entire process easy to schedule and did the most amazing job to clean and transform our house. "I called four appliance repair companies and two said they did not service Bosch (strange because Bosch is the industry benchmark for dishwashers). One referred me to Master Appliance Repair because he was booed solid for several days. I called and Paul, the owner, said he could be at my house the same afternoon. The tech came and replaced the valve in my 8-year old dishwasher. The dishwasher did not work after the new valve and we called Paul. He came late the same day after 5:00 and unhooked the stopper which had been lodged out of place--no charge. Paul was GREAT. He is responsive and knows appliances well--even picked his brain for a new refrigerator we plan on getting. I highly recommend Master--excellent business acumen, friendly, honest, and super knowledgable."

"Nova Renovation Group (NRG) was brought in to help design and build a Master Bathroom in our Master Bedroom; there was not currently a bathroom in our Master, however, due to the size we were able to add a Master Bathroom to the room as well as incorporate a closet. <br /> <br /> Dave at NRG worked with my wife and I to come up with a design that worked well with the space; this included moving a wall and door entry as well as moving our attic access from the Master Bedroom to another bedroom.  Overall the process was seamless, Dave was very easy to work with, provided us with multiple designs/options, worked with us to re-design plans on several occasions and delivered a superb product at a great price.  The workers at NRG were great to work with and we felt very comfortable leaving them in our house during the day, even with our dog who is a bit of a flight risk. <br /> <br /> Overall we couldn't be happier with the final product and working with NRG - it was a superb experience and would highly recommend them to anyone."

"I had done a map of all the electrical outlets and which ones needed to be upgraded to three prong.  We walked through all areas of the house.  They provided me with a proposal to repair and upgrade all the deficiencies.  It seemed that I would have to re-wire the whole house before it would make sense to make any other repairs, so I demurred.  Still not done.  Some day. <br /> They were very conscientious and attentive, and had a good professional presentation on site, with good follow-up.  <br /> In one instance they critiqued the work of another contractor who had recently done some electrical work associated with a remodeling job.  I called out the original contractor, and it turned out the original contractor's work was correct, which was slightly embarrassing to me. <br />"
