We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! We were seriously getting desperate and didn't know if we were ever going to get our floor fixed. HUGE thank you to Brian for the expertly rescuing our floor!"

Offered to redo a coat of poly but we would have to pay more. Didn't think we should pay additional to "fix" a job. Also, the bathroom off of one of the rooms where the work was done was left a mess, stain in the sink and on the walls, used paper towels on the floor. We could not enter the room to see the bathroom before they left because the floors were wet. The owner saw the bathroom and we had pictures, he just shrugged like it was nothing."

"The technician who came out to take measurements claimed that he was part of the design team for both this company. He also claimed he was a designer for the Devon Hill housing development in which I lived at that time, so he was familiar with houses and the kitchen cabinets. After he took the measurements, he promised he would send me a rendering of the design to my email, but I never received this design for a kitchen remodel. I tried to contact them at least once directly, but I could not speak with anyone in person. I left a voicemail that was never returned. Then I contacted Angie's List for assistance."
