"Very thorough and informative. I didn’t even know how to fully explain the issues let alone what repairs were needed. The Sprinkler System hadn’t worked in over 3 years. They were courteous and took their time assessing the issues. They surveyed the property, dug things up, located 45 sprinkler heads, etc., and was able to pinpoint the issues and repair my sprinkler system. Irrigation is all they do, they’re experts and when you function at that level that’s all you need to do. Highly recommend! One time I was happy to pay over quote, they were at my house for days it was worth every penny."

"Everything was great from start to finish. From the office staff to installation team. Everything was seamless. They came when they said they would and produced the result I hired them for. We had multiple lawn zones and planting bed zones installed with Hunter product heads. Our water pressure was on the low side so with the advice of Joel went with a newer style mist combo rotor head to combat the pressure issues. When everything was installed and the team was cleaning up, Joel programmed the sprinkler system timer to an app on my phone and taught me how to use it. I can turn it on and off no matter where I am and can edit all settings from my office or while away on vacation. This new technology makes everything easier and more efficient. Couldn't be happier with the results!!!"

"All good. Booking was via phone for an appointment. They also gave a reminder call. The time slot was 1-4 and they said they might show up toward later part. They came around 2, Inspection was done, adjustments made, and two leaking heads identified. The tech asked me if I want to pay him to replace at $53 per head, because he noted I had apparently done others myself with Lowe's purchased heads. I wanted them to do it, so I approved it and got it done much quicker and easier than I ever could do it. I was happy he gave me the option about doing it myself before proceeding. Maybe I could have done the start up myself, but it was not too expensive on the Angie's coupon. He also advised about optimum watering duration. I was over watering my shrubs!
Bottom line- simple work, done easily, honestly and friendly."

"From the moment he came to give us an estimate, Craig and Creative Images were everything we could have hoped for. We'd bought our house in the winter, so we were unaware that the property did not drain properly. It became an immediate issue the following summer with standing water at various spots throughout the yard, so we knew it was going to be an unforeseen project. But, more specifically, we knew it was a project we could not afford to get wrong. We received other estimates that were temporary fixes to the problem that were portrayed as "all we needed." When Craig arrived, his idea was completely different and much more comprehensive. What others had said was fixable with simply regrading the property, Craig quickly identified as a much more complex problem. He showed us that a drainage system was the only solution because the type of soil in our yard (clay), and that, in addition to raising and regrading the property, this would alleviate the problem. We decided if we were going to fix it, we would make sure we fixed it correctly, and banked on Craig's expertise - even though it was more money. The yard has turned out to be perfect. It's a completely new space, a total 180 from what it was just four months ago. Our dog and the rest of the family can actually use the space now, and while it was expensive, it was money well spent. While his knowledge and ideas were obviously fantastic, the thing that really set Craig and his company apart was their professionalism and how they conducted themselves throughout all phases of the job. Every single member of the team that worked on our job over a two-day period was personable, pleasant and professional from the minute they stepped foot on the property. I asked several different members of the team questions over the course of the two days, and each one knew the answer without having to ask anyone else. Also, we have a six-month-old daughter, and they made it a point to wave and smile at her while she watched from the window. They left our property spotless when they were finished, and even came back after the first rain storm to make sure everything was working properly. I could not possibly give Craig and Creative Images a higher recommendation. We have not only found a landscaping company that we will use for the rest of our time in Totowa - we have found a partner we will use as long as they are in business."

"Miguel was an absolute pleasure to work with on my project!I had a complicated patio design which required the removal of two massive tree stumps, the addition of a new drainage system to handle storm water that was creating problems with my foundation, footings for a new Gazebo, and regrading of my backyard to help with the design. "Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done.
