"I hired Top Leader Construction to help with remodeling our kitchen and surrounding areas (including putting new floors in the living room, half bathroom, laundry room and small bedroom). I want to reiterate that I am extremely satisfied by their services. Ron (the Project Manager) is a joy to work with. He is very professional, passionate, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Ron kept a close eye on the project the entire time (which lasted about 2 and a half months) and made sure all the job was done on time and correctly. I also want to emphasize that Ron offered me a very reasonable price for the job, which was lower than any other contractor whom I asked for a quote. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!
