"Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. Would definitely order from them."

The Pergola turned out better than we expected. Alford Homes said it would be finished in a week and it was finished in five days. The people were very professional and punctual. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and they helpful with any questions we had. The Overall it was a good investment.

"I had them replace my roof; it took several weeks to get it done and I was disappointed in the customer service, but not the work. They came out immediately to tarp the leaks, but his workers left the trash from the tarps in the yard and around the house. What I had on my sunroom area was thrown over the side of the house and left there. Could have been more professional with the cleaning up area. The roof looks good and I am satisfied and the price was good. Just customer service was poor."
