"I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."

"Ivan came & completed all of the work as scheduled in one day.  He removed the old materials & cleaned up the area before leaving.  He also reinstalled 2 pieces of flashing/siding that had previously been dislodged by storms.  The new gutters, downspouts & fascia have a very good, professional look, and have taken care of the previous overflow caused by the former sagging gutters.

Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof. The owner was professional and polite and made my roof a priority!  We joked about how santa ruined my roof! I was amazed how fast the repair took and how  quick he came out over a holiday. "Paragon replaced the flashing and siding around the chimney because the roof leaked during storms with high wind. Paragon also repaired the damage to the ceilings on the main and second floors due to the leak. After the work was done, a severe storm hit and the leak was back. I called Paragon and they came out immediately to inspect. They guaranteed they would repair the flashing again and repair the ceilings at no charge because they stood behind their original work. They repaired the flashing and told me to call them after the next severe storm to make sure the repair was successful before repairing the ceiling damage. Sure enough, another storm with winds struck, and there was no leakage. I called Paragon, and they sent a crew to repair the ceiling. Thank you to Mauricio and his crew for handling the repairs!"

"Overall, we are pleased with the outcome.
When we complained about an area exposed below the roof line that wasn't covered, they told us that this area was actually the cedar shakes underneath the roof and that this wood was too soft to hold a nail. The contractor also said that covering the shakes would possibly cause leakage. This explanation sounded reasonable so when they offered to paint this area instead, we agreed. However, when they came out to implement the resolution, they put flashing over it anyway? I'm not sure how this fits with the "wood too soft to hold a nail" theory. Hopefully, it isn't going to just fall off or, even worse, cause some sort of leakage."
