Called empire about situation. They advised a install supervisor would call. After a week, still no call. Hardwood floor installers were great...no issues."

I was contacted by the Contractor within the service time window, however it was towards the end of the service window. We missed each other call. Therefore my technician visit was re-scheduled for first visit next day. Next day I was contacted by the tech prior to his arrival and arrived as promised. The technician was respectful of our property, he used shoe protectors and ensure all was cleaned before he left. He quickly identified two problems with A/C and corrected them, The technician explained what was covered by Choice Home Warranty and what was not. He provided a fair price for the extra work for use to decide. The technician also identified another issue with the installation of the U/V light in our A/C and provided valuable maintenance tips. "We did have them come through and do two different jobs.  He was easy to work with and flexible on his time.  He was very trustworthy, we left him the keys to our house so he could get in.  It is a small, self contracted business.  There were a couple of things I thought could have been done a little better but it was not anything that destroyed the job.  The price was good it was very reasonable."
