I only have pictures of the two additional projects, one a storage area and the other an eating area built on top of a tree with a 1.5" gap between deck and tree platform to conform to code. "We felt like he was charging too much, and we were going to get less home than we hoped for, but hired him to begin when other builders didn't check out. Then, we talked to some friends who agreed---he was charging too much.  We decided to let him finish the drawings for the two thousand we paid, but then were surprised to learn that all our $2000 had bought us were some junk computer sketches that couldn't be used to actually build. What's more, he didn't seem to care about design and flow---I felt like he's just trying to keep the cash flow coming in to pay for the huge overhead his large construction firm demands. We paid him the last installment for his junk drawings knowing that we wouldn't go with him. <br />      We instead went with another builder in town, who for less money and besides giving us the new living room and laundry room, gave us an extra bedroom and bathroom, with amazing flow between rooms. <br />"
