Ovi communicated regularly with me and my husband about each step of the process. I always felt comfortable with the guys that were working here. There was one measuring misstep early on, but they resolved it quickly and handled the fix with no issue. They did an amazing job and we are so happy with the final result. I was most nervous about tile work since I know it can mess up a room if not done well, but they did such quality work. They also completed everything in the timeline quoted, which was another win.
