After being told by 2 other contractors that I needed to replace all pipes leading to the faucets, I sent Diplomat videos of the situation, and Mike showed up the next day with the parts he needed to replace the stems and all new hardware.Everything works excellent and came in at 1/5 the cost of the other 2 Angi recommended plumbers who were clearly out to rip me a new one.Mike and I discussed the downside of hiring contractors,and, being one myself,I had to agree there are some companies out there who don't really care if they ever get repeat customers.From my experience, honesty, word of mouth, and repeat customers are the key to a successful business, and Mike's Diplomat Plumbing has me as a customer for life. "I need to share my experience with Clear All Rooter. I called them a few weeks ago to replace my 14 yr old water heater. I told them I wanted to use a water heater by Bradford and White. He quoted my $2800.00 for a 50 gallon water. I did not do my due diligence and just said go ahead and replace it. I was kind of stressed at the time. Only later did I realize that the heater cost $1020.00 and I ended up paying $1800.00 for installation which I consider a massive rip off. It is all my fault for not asking upfront about product cost and labor. Dont make the same mistake. I ended up making a home improvement loan to pay it off over the next two years. They did a great job of installation but I dont think it was worth $1800.00. I am a veteran who lives a modest lifestyle and I dont appreciate this type of treatment. Please beware when you use Clear All Rooter. This could happen to you."

"Stuff happens, and this business knows how to handle it! We had a stain on the ceiling. Ofri from BTB came over and turned on the water from the upstairs bathtub and then the shower stall. The ceiling became moist after the shower was turned on. Ofri then came back with a plumber. He turned on the upstairs bathtub. After they left, water dripped from the ceiling. Ofri had the plumber immediately send over a team for a service call. They broke open a hole in the ceiling and found that a pipe leading to the bathtub was so rusty it had holes. They took videos showing other pipes leading to the bathtub were also very rusty. While the team was still there, Ofri gave us prices, sent over the paperwork and the pipes were replaced within a of couple hours. Fabulous! Ofri had thought it would take a lot longer to complete the plumbing work. Therefore, her pricing did not align with the actual work performed. She brought in Alon, who substantially reduced the price to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness and reasonableness earned them my highest rating. Thank you Ofri, Alon and the BTB team!"
