They took extra caution to ensure they didn’t damage or disrupt my home or other furniture as they carried their equipment in and out of the house. They encouraged me to see the progress as they worked. (Nothing to hide is always a good thing.) When I expressed surprise and disappointment with one aspect of the design, they immediately began solutioning the issue."

"In hiring a contractor for your home, I know the experience can often be nerve-wrecking. Earlier this month, I had a painting project which needed to be corrected and fixed; as we had hired another painter beforehand; and regretted it quickly. When looking for a contractor who would not only be willing and able to correct the work that was done, but also be able to do so within a reasonable budget, I looked toward Paragon as I had known their work quality from a job they had done for me beforehand. Ryan was quick to respond to my inquiry for a job quote (within about 3 hrs. on a weekend), and an appointment for one of his employees, Charles, was quickly set up. Charles was not only pleasant to deal with, his level of professionalism was also unmatched. In his coming out to evaluate out job, he assured me that the work I was requesting could most certainly be done and stated that he would need about 5 days to complete. Price quote was promptly sent over to me, and after some discussion, I decided to proceed with this job. Ryan was very flexible on the pricing, and willing to work with you concerning budgeting. Charles returned to our home to do the work and kept my wife and I fully in the loop as to what he was doing, needed to do, as well as any problems that were popping up in the course of completion. We couldn't be happier with the finished result. Once job was completed, there were only a few small areas which needed to be addressed/touched up and when brought to their attention, they did not hesitate to promptly correct the issues. It is this attention to detail, as well as them INSISTING that you hold THEM accountable for imperfections so that they may be corrected is why I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done. Never once did I have to worry about the quality of the work being done, Ryan and his team are very friendly in answering any questions you may have, and when it comes to follow-up and corrections, they are happy to oblige. I never have to worry about my home being disrespected with ANY of his crew doing work; and that is very reassuring. Previously his team had installed a French door opening to my deck, and this is what turned me on to this company. Using them as your contractor, you will not be disappointed. "I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. They are first class, outstanding company that did wonderful job for me. The quality of their work was excellent, and their price was excellent. I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. "I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent retaining wall replacement project completed by John Krause Construction (JKC) at my property. After reading positive reviews and receiving an estimate that, although over my budget, seemed reasonable for the work involved, I made the decision to hire JKC. Unfortunately, this has proven to be a significant mistake, and I am left extremely disappointed with both the quality of work and the overall experience. Here are the main issues I encountered: 1. Unprofessional Behavior: The crew exhibited unacceptable behavior while working on my property. Not only did I witness them disposing of bodily fluids on-site, but they were also disrespectful and dismissive. when I raised concerns no response was received. I now smell urine when entering and exiting my garage. 2. Unresponsive Ownership: I have attempted to reach out to the owner multiple times to address these concerns and resolve the issues, but my messages have been met with silence. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and has only added to my disappointment. The owner refused to speak on the phone since the owner was made aware of the call being recorded. 3. Property Damage: During the construction process, my property was left damaged in multiple areas. This included e.g., landscaping destruction, equipment damage. Personal crew members vehicles being driven through my yard leaving deep tire marks damage. 4. Subpar Quality of Work: Despite the high cost of the project, the final result does not meet the standards outlined in the estimate or contract. No proper grading was completed. Every time it rains pools of water sits in front and behind the wall. The response received was. “we have passed all inspections.  There will be some water pooling while it is settling still. Plus the fact of the hard rain today, it will happen.” The wall has been completed for 2 months. Given the extensive problems, stress and anxiety I have faced. I do not recommend John Krause Construction."

"We had a great experience with BST Design & Build. The project was scoped out, started on time and took about 5 weeks which was in the estimated 4-6 week schedule. During the project, questions were answered and the onsite team was very responsive to our wishes, even being creative to ensure our needs were addressed. We couldn’t have been happier with the onsite project lead, Abi. The site was keep clean each day and the end result looks great!"
