They took extra caution to ensure they didn’t damage or disrupt my home or other furniture as they carried their equipment in and out of the house. They encouraged me to see the progress as they worked. (Nothing to hide is always a good thing.) When I expressed surprise and disappointment with one aspect of the design, they immediately began solutioning the issue."

I could not imagine the room as it is now. They were always professional, friendly and extremely efficient. "In hiring a contractor for your home, I know the experience can often be nerve-wrecking. Earlier this month, I had a painting project which needed to be corrected and fixed; as we had hired another painter beforehand; and regretted it quickly. When looking for a contractor who would not only be willing and able to correct the work that was done, but also be able to do so within a reasonable budget, I looked toward Paragon as I had known their work quality from a job they had done for me beforehand. Ryan was quick to respond to my inquiry for a job quote (within about 3 hrs. on a weekend), and an appointment for one of his employees, Charles, was quickly set up. Charles was not only pleasant to deal with, his level of professionalism was also unmatched. In his coming out to evaluate out job, he assured me that the work I was requesting could most certainly be done and stated that he would need about 5 days to complete. Price quote was promptly sent over to me, and after some discussion, I decided to proceed with this job. Ryan was very flexible on the pricing, and willing to work with you concerning budgeting. Charles returned to our home to do the work and kept my wife and I fully in the loop as to what he was doing, needed to do, as well as any problems that were popping up in the course of completion. We couldn't be happier with the finished result. Once job was completed, there were only a few small areas which needed to be addressed/touched up and when brought to their attention, they did not hesitate to promptly correct the issues. It is this attention to detail, as well as them INSISTING that you hold THEM accountable for imperfections so that they may be corrected is why I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done. Never once did I have to worry about the quality of the work being done, Ryan and his team are very friendly in answering any questions you may have, and when it comes to follow-up and corrections, they are happy to oblige. I never have to worry about my home being disrespected with ANY of his crew doing work; and that is very reassuring. Previously his team had installed a French door opening to my deck, and this is what turned me on to this company. Using them as your contractor, you will not be disappointed. "We write this review as a sigh of relief now that our renovation project with River View is finally complete. The quality of the final work is excellent, and the construction crew, architect, and county inspector were all great to work with. The original crew we worked with, led by Edwin, were so hardworking, friendly, thorough, and fast. That's what really pushed us from 2 to 3 stars. However, the process getting here was frustrating and unnecessarily chaotic. Timeline & Communication Issues: Initial promise: We were clear that the renovation had to allow us to live in our home during construction and be completed before Christmas. Early communication: Our original project manager, Cris, was personable, and early communication seemed fine, if a bit informal and sometimes inappropriately personal. Major miscommunication: Near the holidays, we discovered that the plans submitted included cutting into the roof — something we explicitly said we didn’t want. This contradicted verbal assurances and caused major last-minute changes. Project Management Failures: Poor planning and oversight: Cris and the architect’s plan didn’t align with the construction work. We had to get involved directly with the county to fix errors. Paperwork errors: Incorrect submissions to the county added delays and confusion, which we had to monitor ourselves. Last-minute scramble: We were cleaning up dust on Christmas Eve due to these planning failures. Personnel Turnover & Lack of Handoff: Cris leaves the company: No proper handover to James, the new PM, who was unfamiliar with our project. Crew replaced: The original crew, who were great, were gone; new crew had no context or direction. James leaves: Another handoff with no context — the third PM had no idea about our project or its outstanding items. Escalation mishandled: When we raised our concerns with Kyle, the CEO, the response felt dismissive, with no accountability for the previous missteps. In summary, it's a beautiful end result... but we’re glad it’s over. The process left us frustrated, confused, and frankly, exhausted."

"Our place had good bones but didn’t work for our daily life. Every room felt cut off from the next. Ben and Teddy from Top Remodeling sat with us and came up with a better layout without changing the size of the home. They moved the hallway, opened the living area, and added a custom touch in almost every room. They rebuilt the inside from the studs and used solid-core doors and clean finishes. We went with soft white walls, bronze handles, and natural maple cabinets. Now, it all feels open and calm. Every room has a purpose."
