After discussing with them, we decided to expand the scope and do a full remodel at the same time, including a new tub/shower, new tile, and painting. (At no point did they try to upsell us, which we really appreciated, but rather they helped us think through doing all this at once vs putting off the rest and only doing the emergency repairs.) Their team did great work and was professional throughout the whole project, and they checked in with us regularly to make sure they were doing things the way we wanted.
