"Rammy (and his team) were excellent! He always gave me full disclosure on the costs of the products he was buying/installing and how much of each product he used in my attic. He even went above and beyond by clearing out years of cable and antenna wiring that were cluttering up the attic, and even cleaned out my AC drip pan for me! The spray radiant barrier and air sealing odors were easy to air out of the house just by opening up a few windows. He was also able to install blown insulation through the attic where one of my attic fans was being replaced to minimize blown particles coming into the house. The end result was miraculous. "Rogelio and came out to inspect the job and provided a quick quote and turnaround to spray foam insulate a sub floor of an add-on room and bathroom that had never been insulated and to seal and insulate the attic. Day 1 they showed up on time with professional equipment and spent a good 10 hours spray foam and taping every gap in the attic, adding baffling to control air movement and blowing in non toxic cellulose insulation to recommended r value. The house was so tight after completing the attic that it became pressurized a when we close doors and now the house literally stays below 73° all day when the thermostat is at 79°>. It's incredible... Then they went to work under the house again, using to of the line equipment, safety and professionalism to seal up every gap, every air pocket, insect route I to the house and completely insulate the subfloor to a minimum required r-13.
