"The tech called to say he’d be 30 or so minutes - which was great, but he actually took over an hour and fifteen. Kind of disappointing because obviously the customer has to put everything on hold until the job gets done. I asked for a quote over text and they were responding in real time with a quote a little below my expectations. Then I received a call to finalize and they showed up a few hours later.
