I had 3 new fixtures installed plus a new circuit run to be used for a new freezer in our finished basement. Jon & Eric were the two electricians that were sent to my home. They worked efficiently and quickly, but did outstanding work. Even though our basement had a finished ceiling, they were able to run a wire through with minimal disruption to the finished ceiling. I had concerns about the alignment of the lights on the fixture (this was a manufacturing defect and nothing to do with their installation) and they obliged me by improving the light alignment. "I recently moved into a new home with some electrical issues, and I had been searching for an electrician for several weeks.  I interviewed dozens of electricians and could not find anyone that felt right for me and that I could trust.  I had several issues in the home, the first of which I wanted to tackle was the panel and service.
I saw an Angie's list deal and contacted Jeremy.  He responded right away.  He came out the same day to look at the panel and had his team out that same week to complete the work.  He was the most responsive and most thorough of the 10+ electricians I received quotes from or talked to.  He is not only an excellent electrician but is also a superior communicator and highly responsive.
All of the other electricians I spoke with were anywhere from 4+ to 8+ weeks out with work and frequently did not bother getting back with me on quotes or questions.  Jeremy was no more than 2 weeks out and always responded when I had a question or concern.
As for the work done, I was very impressed with the quality of work that Jeremy and his team did.  I will be using Undefined Heights for all of my future electrical needs, and I suggest you do the same.  Jeremy and his team get an A+ in my book.  Thanks Jeremy!
