"As far as the foundation stabilization/ lifting is concerned I believe they did a good job. As far as repairing plumbing etc not so good. One water line was breached, which was no big deal, it's the repair that was poor. The pipe was not glued back together properly, coming apart sometime in the middle of the night. Two of the three legs of this tee fitting failed due to gluing."

"on a sunday afternoon the water pump stopped working.  i called.  within an hour the tech arrived. after checking out all the equipment and replacing a pressure switch i still didn't have water. some checks were done on the wiring and found there was a problem.  since this is a deep well there was no way to get to the pump to test it so temperoy wiring was run from the breaker box to the pump house.  the pump worked again and water was restored to my home.  since this was a sunday and the temp wiring would be fine the digging up and repair of the buried wiring would be done during the week. this is the kind of service i have always gotten from this company.  boone the water guy is a kind, knowledgable, and trustworthy water tech! i started using his service a few years back when i had major problems with the water company i had been using.  after two years with this other company my water was still nasty.  after a few MONTHS with this man my water was clear, clean, and tasted great.  i would never have anyone else take care of something as precious as clean water for my household but him.  we are looking at moving soon and i plan to ask him if he would like to at least test the water at the new place and install a system if i pay for his travel."

The owner came out and did exactly what he said. He also had a couple other guys come out. When they got through, he didn't try to go up on the price. They cleaned up their mess. They were one of the few companies that clean up after themselves. He left me his number in case I had any other problems. I was very impressed with them. They were very professional. I had heard from other people that he did a good job. The people that put in my first well are getting ready to retire. I didn't know how good the work would be after the main person retired.
