"He is an excellent carpenter with outstanding skills.  We needed a roof replaced after a recent storm.  He supplied an estimate and when we agreed he got started right away.  He was done in two days.  When we needed help with the insurance adjuster he took time to meet with the adjuster and resolve some issues with the insurance reimbursement.  We were very satisfied.  He went above and beyond for us.  <br /> I cannot say enough about this man's professionalism, honesty, skills and ability.  The word is spreading and more and more people are finding out about just how good this guy is.  I would highly recommend him to anyone for not just roofing but remodeling and construction jobs.  He is fantastic!  You will not be disappointed. "

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"Mr. Ortiz did an excellent job on our fence that was literally falling apart. He came out, gave us an estimate, and was even able to save us money by salvaging what he could from our old fence. He worked around our schedule and provided us with a fair price. The estimate was given to us up front so there were no surprises. The work he did on our fence was great and we are extremely pleased with the results. It gave our entire home and yard an updated appearance. I wish I had the option to upload pictures because my words don’t do it justice. However, I do not see that option here. I highly recommend Ortiz Remodeling for your remodeling needs. He came out and had the work completed even quicker than we thought and even hauled off the scraps from the old fence so we wouldn’t have to. Mr. Ortiz is a pleasure to work with as he is always courteous, respectful, and very informative. I felt so at ease and well informed working with him.
