"Incredibly professional, fairly priced, work completed on time with a smile and a big "Thank You for your business". What else could you want from a service providor? I would highly recommend them to anyone"

"I used them for an ice dam issue. They came and fixed it, they did a wonderful job, and I haven;t had a problem since. They were prompt, on time, professional and clean. The price was reasonable."

"It didn't go very well. The gentleman came and looked at the roof. He said that he would send us a summary of what he found but we never received it. He just looked at the roof, he never did any work. He was on time. I am less likely to use them again. He didn't really do any work, he just looked at the roof for 10/15 minutes."

"To many other roofers in the NYC Greater region- take note, Vandelay has you beat by quite a bit in terms of understanding a client and the particular needs of the job.  I went through a half dozen estimates and site visits; Vandelay and one other contractor where the only ones who were able to produce a timely, considered estimate.  And this was in the down season!
Regarding the job itself.  It presented several unknowns that Bob and his crew were able to work through and develop solutions to in a timely manner.  The demo went smoothly as well as the new installs and final flashing and chalking details.  At this point, the new roof has been through several storms and seems to be doing quite well.  If there is a problem, Bob seems more that capable to address per the contract, which I certainly appreciate.
Its clear he has a lot of experience doing what he knows, and doing it well.  He has good intuition and understanding of a job and the individuals and characters that might be involved, and how to work with them effectively (including myself likely :)
I've been through a couple of roof jobs at this point on various structures, and felt confident with Bob throughout the job; there were no instances that I felt were be minimized or neglected.  And importantly for a Condo building in NYC, Bob's crew made sure that they premise was CLEANER than when they left which is often a big deal with testy unit owners.
Overall, very pleased with both the estimation process, keeping on budget and timeframe and delivering a sound roof in material and craftmanship.  Highly recommended.

"All Seasons responded quickly to my request, followed up as promised, provided a firm estimate, arrived on time and performed the work promised. While the service was more expensive than I anticipated, the value was there. I had an excellent experience
with All Seasons Roofing Chimney and Gutters and I will call them for future needs.

"Hastings Roofing did a fantastic job, cosmetically and functionally. We've had zero recurrence of leaks and draft problems. The floors that were re-sided are noticeably warmer. The crew was very pleasant, professional and diligent in their work. It's clear they take pride in their work and make sure the job is done right. In terms of pricing, Hastings roofing was inline with 3 of 5 estimates we got (of the other two, one was much higher, one much lower).
We are very happy with their work and would ask them to return for any further work of this kind.

"Two guys showed up on time and got to work immediately inspecting and vacuuming and snaking the fireplace and chimney flue. They operated form the roof and inspected the entire chimney from top to bottom. Both men answered my lay questions kindly and with plenty of detail about minor and major issues they found and the forecasted schedule of when I should address them. They did NOT do the classic inspect-and-force-you-into-buying-a-new-liner routine and that was much appreciated.  They took their time and did not rush the service or question/answers. They earned credibility and next year or so when I replace the liner, I will call upon them for sure. I recommend this company.

"It went great! We needed to swap out our old mattress for a newer but temporary one as we prepare for a move to our new home. Marbin called immediately after my posting and was available the same day. Rates were as discussed and service was beyond our expectations."

"• TH was the single best home service I have experienced in the region in 48 years. Immediate response to my Niagra-Falls-in–the-living-room panic call. Next day I had an estimate with options for me so I could do the job on my very meager budget. A few days later, what seemed like an army of workers showed up at 7:00am and by 3:30 in the afternoon I had a new roof and there wasn’t any evidence that anybody had been here. Amazing. The job was done for $3000. less than a quote I had from another roofer three years earlier and offered a lifetime guarantee. (Makes selling the house down the road, much easier. I can transfer the guarantee with the house). This company is amazingly professional and comfortable to work with. • 7400."

"Joe did a great job on this, our dining room was a add on to connect the original home and the garage and had no insulation and boy in the winter it was unusable as well as the kitchen basically (the best part of the house). Joe came and drilled small holes in the attic floor that they sealed up later to allow for blowing in the insulation. And they cleaned up well. we have a 20 month old but there was nothing left over for the baby to put in her mouth. Joe is great! Our dining room is toasty and the kids can play in there year-round Plus they are were less than half of the expensive "efficiency" guys PSEG sent over. Those providers wanted to charge $10,000+ for basically the same job."
