"Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work. I 100% agree with one of the previous reviews and, unfortunately, am experiencing the same issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration. While the quality of work itself is good, the project management leaves much to be desired. My bathroom renovation started on December 1st, 2025, with a promised completion time of two weeks. It has now been almost a month, and the project is still not finished. I would admit that I am responsible for one week delay in replacing a bathtub. Throughout this process, I have received little to no communication ? no daily updates and not even consistent weekly updates ? regarding the timeline or the scope of work being completed. This lack of communication from the project manager, Orkhan, has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Coordinating with both the crew and management has been extremely difficult, and the project manager?s attitude has at times been rude and unprofessional. "

"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. "The project went well."

"Do not buy these metal boxes as they require much specialized maintenance. They use caulk to hold these things together which breaks down quickly. I have one in a house we recently bought and it's a nightmare, thus I have been dealing with these clowns since Nov. 2018. If they do come out to repair, they bring their caulk guns and grossly overcharge knowing it's very temporary. Then they sit back and wait for the next call, while a great business model for them, it's horrible for the customer. I spoke with their "regional manager" and he is pretty much the typical patronizing clown you would expect from a company like this, a flurry of canned excuses, shrugs and chuckles which all lead back to more grossly overpriced maintenance. After spending $560 on a caulk session I found this (see photo below), they offered to have one of the clowns come out on a unicycle and give me a price on redoing the whole structure. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BUY!!! P.S. Free Patio Enclosure, you tear down and haul."
