"I called four appliance repair companies and two said they did not service Bosch (strange because Bosch is the industry benchmark for dishwashers). One referred me to Master Appliance Repair because he was booed solid for several days. I called and Paul, the owner, said he could be at my house the same afternoon. The tech came and replaced the valve in my 8-year old dishwasher. The dishwasher did not work after the new valve and we called Paul. He came late the same day after 5:00 and unhooked the stopper which had been lodged out of place--no charge. Paul was GREAT. He is responsive and knows appliances well--even picked his brain for a new refrigerator we plan on getting. I highly recommend Master--excellent business acumen, friendly, honest, and super knowledgable."

"Dave Gordon is a highly effective project manager. He kept us informed throughout the process and was responsive to questions. The process of designing and picking materials was collaborative. Dave offered advice and was patient as we made our decisions. He respected the fact that we were spending a lot of money and did not push us into more expensive options. We were very impressed with their attention to doing the work to code. The crew was respectful and professional throughout the process.  The shower tile that was leaking had not been installed correctly by a previous company. NRG did a great job redoing the shower. We now have a better looking shower that we know will not leak. The kitchen looks great - we have an open flow from the dining room and a unique pantry cabinet that provides functionality and a great look.  When we identified a few punch list items a few months after completion, such as calking that had separated and an electrical outlet that was loose, they responded immediately and took care of the issues. <br />"
