He immediately established know, like and trust with me. My wife and I have used Jerrys Plumbing ever since. They replaced my garbage disposal, broken internal water pipes in our home, a frost free outside hose bib, and most recently installed a water powered back up sump pump. That water powered back up sump pump really provides my family piece of mind. I've had way too much water in my finished basement because my electricity went out and my electric sump pump obviously didn't work! I don't need to shop around for a less expensive plumber that I don't know. I feel safe and secure with Jerry's Plumbing. He's my plumber for life! If I have any advice to offer it's this. "The service went fine.  I wanted them to test if the carbon monoxide was leaking or something for the safety and also do the cleaning.  The guy that came out, didn't do any cleaning.  The good side was that he found that it was leaking; but the other hand, he said the machines were pretty old.  He can give some special price, if I want to make some major repairs.  I was not interested because of my purpose in the beginning was just to check the safety.  On the other hand, I was disappointed because he didn't do anything about the cleaning.  He came on time.  I got what I paid for.  The price was okay because he didn't charge more.  He tried to answer all my questions.  He came on the appointed day."

"The plumber worked quickly and efficiently to solve the plumbing issues in my home. The garbage disposal issue was a quick fix and the tub needed to be "snaked." In my opinion this was not cheap; however, it was less expensive than the first well-known plumbing company that told me they would need to drill a hole in my wall to fix the issue with the tub and the cost would be no less than $500."

"It went extremely well! They were punctual, hardworking and professional. It was necessary to dig up my neighbor's landscaping, so they were very careful to disturb only what was necessary and to restore everything to its original condition. They even replaced her broken underground downspout extension (which was draining into my basement!) without comment or additional charge. When my neighbor accused them of causing a problem, MJ was quick to respond and the team on-site made a point of apologizing to her in person. I don't think MJ caused the problem, so I was very impressed that they "went high" to investigate the matter and, as I said, apologize for the inconvenience she felt she suffered. The work they did inside to remove mold and seal the wall was thorough and neat. The gentleman doing the work cleaned up everything and took all of his equipment and trash with him. his is especially important since he was working with strong chemicals. My contact in the office was prompt to address anything I threw her way. It was easy to make payments online. Best of all - no sign of water in the basement since they were here!!"

"It was great! Mike, the tech, came out because my basement was flooding from the sump pump failing. He told me it was typical because it was over 20 years old. He replaced it on scene and gave me a free house inspection. He informed me that my water heater was close to failing as well. He offered to bundle the two jobs together to get me a better price. He even stuck around to let me check online to see if his prices were competitive. He also gave me a 10% discount. He got me on the schedule right then and there to get the water heater replaced. He showed up on time at 8 am, the next day, to swap it out. He protected my hardwood floor by putting down drop clothes and just really went above and beyond.
