"We recently completed a project with BBB and are truly thankful for the quality of work they provide. They finished an unfinished portion of our basement, and tore down a large closet to build a bar. In addition, they installed a doorway in an upstairs room that had previously not had a door. The project took about 7 weeks to complete. Having work done on your home, working with contractors, etc can be an extremely stressful experience. Until the work is done you don't always know what you're going to get as far as the quality of the work, cost adjustments, people coming into your home, responsiveness, etc. Working with this company, none of those issues are a concern. I have had the pleasure of interacting with Randy throughout this entire process from start to finish. I am really impressed by not only how knowledgeable he is, but how cool, calm and collected he is about everything. There was not one detail or question that we brought up to him that fazed him or wasn't addressed. That being said, he also spent a lengthy amount of time assessing the details of the basement up front to ensure everything was accurate. Every single member of the team that took part in the construction was of the highest quality, professional and extremely respectful. The final product is outstanding. The bar was built from scratch and is stunning. There were no surprises at any step along the way, to include the final price. Everything was transparent from the beginning. "Don was able to order the door and hardware for me . Picked up the door and delivered to my home. Removed old door and installed new door which required new trim, new threshold,new hardware, and lastly sanded down and stained the door. The stain I chose was a little too light on the sample but Don was able to work with it applying several coats until the color was perfect!! I was concerned that the finish on the door was too shiny. He was able to purchase the final coating with a matte finish which was exactly what I was looking for. He was very attentive and has a great eye for detail. He will continue working until you are satisfied ! The door looks beautiful and adds so much to our home!! We have used Don for many renovations, new roof, new addition, renovation of bathroom and kitchen and basement. He also refinished our hard wood floors. Removed a chimney and installed huge floor to ceiling windows. All of his work is outstanding and I get many many compliments on his work. Extremely hard worker and very honest! <br />"

"Mark and Girard Lefevre worked with us as we started the project by discussing our deisres for a finished basement and then drawing out all the necessary plans. Their years of experience were invaluable as they offered excellent advice, avoiding pitfalls and saving us money. When the construction started, they were always there when they said they would be, and worked efficiently and with the highest degree of professionalism. Starting on the first day of framing the walls, and right through until the last joint compound was applied to the sheetrock, they cleaned the work area at the end of every day. Due to the design of the basement, several areas required skilled solutions, and Mark and Girard were always up to the task. We had to frame windows, and box in pipes and ductwork and laly columns, and their carpentry skills were evident throughout. They take great pride in their work, which is not just good but exceptional. They always made an effort to accomodate our schedule and needs as well as those of the other contractors involved (eg HVAC, electrical) .
