His partner and his son arrived on time to replace our gas water heater. They were courteous, professional, and very thorough. During the installation, they discovered an unexpected leak at the main water line and were able to take care of that for us as well. They even made several trips to Home Depot to get the parts they needed, and they cleaned the garage completely before leaving. Brandon continued to keep me informed afterward regarding the permit and inspection, and the final inspection passed without any issues. The price was very competitive and the best of the estimates I received. Overall, I was very pleased with the service, communication, and quality of the work. I would definitely recommend Brandon and his team."

"Their price to replace a water heater was so over priced. They were are highest estimate by over 300.00. They actually wanted to charge more to replace piping from the wall to water heater which every company included in their estimate."

"Brandon Bing and Steve Lorenz are owner-operators and I found both of them to be skilled in their trade, honest and hardworking The installation of the water heater and solar panels went well and any bumps were smoothed out. I am initially disappointed in the Solar array's electric impact but I have a few trees that I need to take out and I still need to get my FPL net metering installed. At times I am producing more than what I consume so until I get net metering installed I cannot capitalize on overproduction. These comments are in no way a reflection on All American Solar for their work ethic or products. In fact, the array is expandable so that I can add more panels in the future. The Solar hot water heater is fantastic and has saved me about $60 per month off my electric bill. I would gladly recommend All American Solar for your solar panels or a solar hot water project and I would hire them again."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
