"Jose was great at responding to the initial contact (through the Angi app) and all subsequent questions. He was hired to replace a long narrow window in the bathroom above the bathtub. We were able to set an appointment date and time that followed the availability of a replacement window and he was very punctual!. Jose was very respectful of my property and bathroom, took the time to clean his shoes each entry and put down protective covering in the bathtub where he needed to put a ladder. His work was quick and efficient. During the install, he explained what he was doing next. When completed, he cleaned the area so that it looked as if he hadn't been there. I have already recommended him to friends who also need windows replaced. Would definitely have him repair/replace other windows if the need occurs."

"Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"This is a difficult review to write. To be totally honest, read all the reviews. There are many reviews stating the poor communication. I completely agree with that statement. It was a long process. We asked for the bid and they came right out. It went downhill from there. It seems the salesman and the production manager disagreed on the work needing done and the overall cost. So several more times, people came out to look at what needed done. After all of that was settled, which took a lot of emails and phone calls to get resolved, they set a date. The installer came out to see what needed done. He didn’t know what was needed to complete the job and didn’t have any material on hand. Once he looked at it and checked on parts, he returned the following week. By this time, it’s the end of June. However, the work accomplished was outstanding! It was a near perfect match of my existing siding and looked perfect. They really do great work! It’s just that you need to be ready for it to take a long time and little communication with everyone involved. I talked to the owner and we discussed the situation and I was quickly offered an acceptable resolution to the aggravating project. So, in closing, it was a long and frustrating project, but very happy with the workmanship."
