"Foam Experts had to work in conjunction with another roofing company which was replacing the other part of the roof of a house that had shingles, and Foam Experts did a very nice job in coordinating their work with the other roofer.  The end result is a beautiful roofing system.  Foam Experts cared about the work they did and the work product is superb.  Foam Experts also provides a warranty and explains how to ensure the foam roof is properly maintained.  I would recommend Foam Experts."

"I HAVE HAD SOS AS MY PEST CONTROL COMPANY FOR THREE YEARS NOW AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. I USED TO HAVE A LOT OF OUTSIDE BUGS SUCH AS CRICKETS AND ROACHES THAT ATTRACTED THE SCORPIONS WITH MY OLD SERVICE, BUT SINCE SWITCHING I HAVE HAD FEW PROBLEMS. I DON'T EVEN HAVE TO HAVE THE INSIDE OF MY HOME SPRAYED ANYMORE WHICH MAKES ME FEEL BETTER!"

"I hired All Custom Exteriors to install new metal roof on my home. They were very quick and I like the job they did. The roof was perfect. It was a very positive experience. When I had my siding put on they did a great job then as well. I noticed a small issue but they came back first thing the next morning (even at 35 miles away) and fixed it. They didn't even charge me for that extra trip. I will definitely use them again for projects I will have. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and professional."

"I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH A SPECIALIST. HE RECOMMENDED ADDING 12 BAGS OF INSULATION TO MY ATTIC. I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY DID NOT SHOW UP. I HAD TO CALL THEM THREE TIMES TO FINALLY GET THEM TO COME OUT. TWO GUYS CAME OUT. I TOLD THEM WHAT THE SALESMAN RECOMMENDED AND EVEN SHOWED THE INSTALLER WHAT WE AGREED ON. I TOOK HIM INTO THE ATTIC AT BOTH ENTRANCES TO SHOW HIM. HE GOT STARTED. 15 MINUTES LATER HE SAID HE WAS DONE. I REVIEWED THE WORK AND HE DID NOT DO WHAT WAS RECOMMENDED (EVEN THOUGH WE HAD JUST TALKED ABOUT IT). I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT HAPPY AND HE SAID TAKE IT UP WITH THE FRONT OFFICE. I CALLED THE SALESMAN AND DISCUSSED THAT THE INSTALLER PUT THE INSULATION ON ONLY 2/3 OF THE ATTIC SPACE AND NOT AS WE HAD DISCUSSED. IT TOOK TWO WEEKS TO GET THEM TO COME BACK AND ADD INSULATION TO THE AREAS MISSED. WHILE THEY MAD GOOD ON THE DEAL, IT WAS A LOT OF WORK ON MY PART TO FIX WHAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED."

"They did a great job, They (the roofers) arrived bright and early (except for one day when they were to be there at 6 am and didn't arrive until 7- the crew leader apologized, stating that he had overslept) and worked quickly and efficiently. The interior dry wall crew was excellent as well, very professional, and keeping us informed on the process as it unfolded. There was a problem that occurred while disconnecting our solar water heater in order to repair the roof underneath- leakage came through the ceiling. The crew addressed this issue promptly and repaired the damage, even though it was not directly caused by them, but I believe by the solar heater worker who disconnected the water heater. <br /> <br /> Finally, the painters did a good job as well <br /> <br /> I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing similar services done. They were awesome!"

"I am purchasing a short sale home, and as seems to be the case, it has taken a considerable amount of time to get all the approvals.  I am applying for a USDA loan which requires a 45 day closing window and once the approvals were received, I was surprised by a 30 day window to close so getting the inspections and appraisal done quickly and accurately was paramount. <br /> <br /> My realtor recommended National Property Inspections out of Maricopa.  Our Inspector, Jeff Arrellano agreed to do the inspection with very short notice.  He requested that the power and water be turned the day prior to the inspection to allow any leaks or problems to surface before he began. <br /> <br /> We met with Jeff as agreed at the property the morning of May 1st.  When we arrived, Jeff had already completed the inspection, loaded the photographs he had taken into his laptop and was ready to go with the slideshow to point out the issues he had found.  Jeff took the time to explain every issue from small to not so small and provided us with information as to what the consequences would be if they were not addressed.  He prioritized the issues that needed to be addressed, and had the inspection report and photographs to my realtor by mid-afternoon. <br /> <br /> What I appreciated most about Jeff, is that he was not rushed, he took his time to explain the issues I didn't fully understand and gave us an opportunity to look at the problems first hand before leaving.  He obviously went to some length to get some of the photographs he did, especially in the crawl spaces looking for leaking water pipes and to ensure code compliance with electrical wiring, insulation and plumbing. <br /> <br /> Jeff also offered to conduct a thermal imaging reading (a little extra) to determine if there were any weather stripping or insulation problems.  Jeff measured heat signatures of all the windows and doors as well as the output of the air-conditioner and heater.  Small problems were found that likely will be resolved by a little cleaning around the window rails. <br /> <br /> I would absolutely call National Property Inspections again, and would ask for Jeff by name."

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"

FAQs for spray foam insulation projects in Payson, AZ

Local and federal rebates are available for insulation installation, which can significantly reduce your overall costs. Many utility companies offer incentives or rebates to homeowners who improve their home's energy efficiency. Contact your local energy provider or government agencies to learn about available programs in your area, and consult with a professional insulation installer to maximize your savings.

It's not necessary to remove old insulation before adding new insulation, as long as the existing insulation is in good condition—dry, free of mold, and not damaged. Adding new insulation on top of old insulation can improve your home's energy efficiency by increasing the overall R-value. However, if the old insulation is wet, moldy, or damaged, it's best to remove it before installing new insulation to prevent potential health risks and ensure optimal performance.

Insulating a house takes between five and twelve hours for batts or boards, and two to five hours for spray foam or blown-in insulation. The exact time depends on the size of your home, the type of insulation, and the accessibility of the areas being insulated. Keep in mind that projects may take longer if old insulation needs removal, if there's a larger square footage, or if spaces are difficult to reach.
