"When it comes to installing laminate plank flooring or ceramic or any other kind of tile Mark and his crew are very very knowledgeable and meticulous in their work. Also very fair in their pricing. I'm sure that you won't beat the quality of the work nor the price. Mark installed approximately 2000 square feet of laminate flooring and 400 square feet of terracotta tile along with prepping the floors and taking all the existing materials up. I could go on so let's just say I'm very pleased."

"I had a great experience overall with Footprints Floors Peachtree City. The flooring installation turned out amazing. The quality of the work really shows, and I’m very happy with how everything looks. That said, there were a couple of things that didn’t sit quite right with me. During the project, it was mentioned that removing the old floors took longer than expected, followed by a comment that they wouldn’t charge extra for it. That felt unnecessary, since the timing estimate should have been accounted for upfront. Also, I noticed a few small holes in the bathroom grout. It’s a small space and not a major issue, but something I think could have been tightened up a bit more. Overall, the final result looks great, and I’d still consider them for future projects, but a bit more attention to communication and finishing details would make the experience even better."

James and his team were here like clockwork everyday and did a phenomenal job getting everything done when we needed. The quality is impeccable and the customer service is outstanding. James really cares about doing the right job and making sure you are involved along the way. We even had him install flooring in our laundry room, before realizing that our washer/dryer wouldn t fit with the new floor. His guys quickly removed the floor and he didn t charge us for anything except the material. I wish there were more contractors out there as professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend."

"EVERY COMPANY HAS BASICALLY THE SAME SELECTION OF WOOD FLOORING. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE PERSON, THAT'S EXPERIENCED WITH THE INSTALLATION. HE WAS AMAZING. HE EVEN STOPPED, TO CALL ME OUTSIDE TO LOOK AT 1 OF THE PIECES BEFORE HE PUT IT DOWN. I WAS SHOCKED. I DID NOT LIKE THE COLOR, HE STOPPED WENT AND GOT ANOTHER PIECE (SAME DAY) FINISHED IT. HOW MANY PEOPLE WOULD DO THAT? PROBABLY CLOSE TO ZERO. I WILL USE HIM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. THE MAN GETS 10 STARS."
