"When it comes to installing laminate plank flooring or ceramic or any other kind of tile Mark and his crew are very very knowledgeable and meticulous in their work. Also very fair in their pricing. I'm sure that you won't beat the quality of the work nor the price. Mark installed approximately 2000 square feet of laminate flooring and 400 square feet of terracotta tile along with prepping the floors and taking all the existing materials up. I could go on so let's just say I'm very pleased."

"I had a great experience overall with Footprints Floors Peachtree City. The flooring installation turned out amazing. The quality of the work really shows, and I’m very happy with how everything looks. That said, there were a couple of things that didn’t sit quite right with me. During the project, it was mentioned that removing the old floors took longer than expected, followed by a comment that they wouldn’t charge extra for it. That felt unnecessary, since the timing estimate should have been accounted for upfront. Also, I noticed a few small holes in the bathroom grout. It’s a small space and not a major issue, but something I think could have been tightened up a bit more. Overall, the final result looks great, and I’d still consider them for future projects, but a bit more attention to communication and finishing details would make the experience even better."

"The Double N crew did a GREAT job! They were on time, polite and friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. Crew leader Pedro was very helpful and listened when we had questions - we are VERY pleased, the hardwood floor looks beautiful and we would definitely use them again."

"We started out rough - the flooring guy they sent didn't know what he was doing by the end of the 2nd day, the floor was a total mess. I sent the Installation Manager an email who as soon as he saw the message the called of the first installer and sent in a Super Star the next day. As soon as the new installer looked of the 2 days worth of flooring he called the Manager and report it all had to be torn up and replaced. And that's exactly what they did - COMPLETELY! Also, the flooring that was being put down looked nice in the sample but on the floor it was too dark. I called the Manager and asked since it all had to be taken up could we select a different color - NO PROBLEM! Done and it all looks great. My only question is how did a non qualified tech get sent to do the job in the first place???"
