"From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"

"My fiancé and I just moved in a house that is about 30 years old so you can imagine, we have a list of things to repair or replace. We hired Joe to install two doors and two windows in our sunroom. He came out to our house at the time he said he would and went right to work. The windows he installed were on our back porch and the stairs were a little “suspect” (one of the many things on “the list”). Joe was able to get both windows and the door up the steps without breaking his neck but was very concerned for the safety of my family and me as it pertained to the condition of our steps. After installing our windows he assisted my fiancé in repairing the steps on our back porch. "The process was very Professional. Greg came out and evaluated my old shingles roof and gave me a price to install a new metal roof. He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. "It went better than I expected. It started from my meeting with Michael Walker the sales consultant who assured me that he would exceed my expectations for this job. The project manager Hafid was just as assuring and professional, the workers equally professional. The work that I hired them for was not a big job, however, the time they took in replacing my siding spoke volumes to me because it showed me that they take pride in the jobs that they are doing and was meticulous in their work. I did not have to go behind them to clean up, they took care of everything and left me with an even better looking siding. I will definitely be using them again should the need arise."
