"The process was very Professional. Greg came out and evaluated my old shingles roof and gave me a price to install a new metal roof. He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. "From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"

"I am updating my original review. The crew supervisor came out on the next day, looked at the job and scheduled the siding replacement job and the painting on specific days and the crews appeared promptly and finished the job exactly as scheduled. The crews were very professional, did a good job, and left the work site very clean. The price is excellent and exactly what I was quoted. Apparently, the crew supervisor explained, they had run into significant problems on the job they were in the middle of (at the time mine was scheduled) which delayed my project and he was very apologetic. As this really was first experience working with contractors, I have learned that you can not really rely on them being precise in completing their work as scheduled. The timing is unpredictable. I had a lot going on with work that week and was not prepared for this lack of predictability! Live and learn."
