"Excellent craftsmanship on the soffit and fascia repair work. Gutter installed beautifully. I can't tell where the damage used to be or that any wood was repaired...that is how flawless of a job they did. Will be saving contact info and reaching out for future work."

"Had several issues with rot around my windows and trim. Jose came out on Monday to survey what needed to be done. He and his crew were on it Wednesday morning and done same day. Looks great ! Appreciate the Speedy Service"

Disappointed. We have used DIxon previously and have recommended them to other family members to use.  This was our last time using Dixon.  Too much hassle and aggravation didn't make it worth the price difference.

There is no quality control or walk through of any supervisor prior to them showing up to collect a check.  A crew (non English speaking) shows up, can't communicate, rework is necessary because wrong deck color was purchased, walls were not painted correct color, areas in closet and bathroom were not painted at all and ALOT of oversplash of white paint on the red brick exterior, driveway, etc.  Crew initially was not respectful of the house (trash, drink containers, bathroom usage) or other workers in the house.

I feel they only corrected items at my fathers house because we had also contracted with them to do our exterior paint refresh as well.  Same issues and this time an argument from the Quality Manager about all the white paint on our red brick exterior.  He stated that it was the previous painters and essentially called me a liar.  Only the trim, eves, doors, window surrounds, etc. were to be painted.  Repairs were done shoddy and we requested they redo with the materials that were quoted, screens were not put back on the correct windows, windows are painted shut, shrubs were broken and damaged, etc.

This used to be a great company and service provider.  They've painted two other houses and a barn of ours over the last 15 years all were great, but something is really lacking in their service approach at this point.  Again, disappointing.

"On top of being excellent at their work (I hired them for house painting and repairing and installing new fences), Erick and his crew are clean, courteous and professional. I am picky and I inspected their work as they went along and they addressed each concern I had. They didnâ t try to upsell me on services or supplies and whenever a spot was missed, they immediately corrected it. In fact, another contractor splashed over their paint job and he cleaned it for no extra charge. I highly recommend Erick and will use his company again. With a 100 yo house, I will undoubtably need his services again."

"Trevor has been an amazing contractor who has helped us through the process of installing a large interior door for an office. He has helped ensure the space was properly prepared for installation of the door. The other contractors who have assisted Trevor have also exceeded my expectations. They have been extremely detail oriented and have done everything to ensure the best outcome. I would definitely work with Trevor for any future projects."

"I placed a request on Home Advisor for the rebuild of my 28 year old deck and within 30 minutes, I received a call from Fred, the owner of Caspian Homes. Later that afternoon, Fred met me at my home and we talked about the replacement of my aged decking boards with new composite Trek boards. Before I went to bed that evening, Fred had a quote sitting in my inbox ready for me to approve. The following Tuesday, Fred's crew, led by a 2nd generation carpenter Ed, arrived onsite as committed and began the rebuild. Each day when the crew finished up, they cleaned up the area and had everything prepped for an early start the next morning. By Friday afternoon the job was completed and my new deck is ready for another 25 - 30 years. Having been a service provider for 33 years, I know good service when I receive it. Fred and his team are great service providers and will take care of any of your home needs both inside and out. Fred's carpenters are top notch and take the time to do it right and ensure it looks great for the customer. Overall a great service provider."

"They did a good job replacing the siding on my very tall chimney that no one else was willing to do. Fair price."

"Eddie installed PVC trim boards on the back of my home on 8/19/26, and I can't explain enough how meticulous he was and how perfectly detailed he installed the boards. Eddie takes pride in his work! He also replaced 2 other boards that were improperly installed by someone else. If anyone wants their project done with perfection, please contact Jee Home Improvement, they will not disappoint. He's very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. I've already shared his information with my neighbor, and I will hire him to do other projects soon. Be courteous and give him plenty of cold bottled water because it's hot in Georgia! :)"
