"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"In 2017, the water table under our house increased. Our finished basement flooded. I contacted several places, most were unresponsive or had a big sales pitches but couldn't get to it for months. Then Absolutely Dry Basement and Waterproofing called back. They told me what needed to be done and I said go. They put in new drain tile throughout the basement and a sump pump. The price was reasonable. I waited for big rains before posting this review. We had several this year and my basement is absolutely dry. Outstanding company."

The concrete walkway, front step and driveway sections that had settled over time were gently lifted and leveled using a polymer foam. Patrick was able to explain the other contractor's quote and clearly explain what type of system was in each unit (a point that had not previously been made completely clear). <br /> Within 15 minutes of evaluating the actual sump pump and the other contractor's quote, Patrick was able to provide an apples to apples quote, a quote for an upgraded maintenance free system (an upgrade the condo board is considering), and a quote for a long term money saving option that would create a continuity of sump pumps across the building and a easy of care and continued maintenance at a more reasonable price. <br /> If it was completely up to me, I wouldn't bother hassling with trying to get two other quotes to appease the condo board policy.
