The range of jobs they have done for us so far include, renovations on our rentals, re-shingling a roof, siding, gutters, and adding a beautiful outdoor patio & kitchen area to our home. Each and every crew was very professional, polite and hard working. At days end, they even cleaned up behind themselves so the only thing you noticed was the improvement when the jobs were finished. The communication between us, the design team, the project managers, and the office staff was exceptional. Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."
