"I called John on a Tuesday or Wednesday because our dishwasher was leaking water.  He was able to come out the following day to take a look at it. He was very pleasant and was able to locate the problem. He gave us suggestions to hopefully prevent the problem from reoccuring in the future. I cannot comment if the price was reasonable or not since this was my first time needing an appliance repaired. He does charge a minimum of $90 or $95 to come out I believe.
