"The company was great through the whole process. We were contacted by Micheal Vogal who was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process. He gave us different options and made sure to include was was highest priority. He answered all of our questions and got everything set up and done really fast. All the rodents were caught and everything was sealed up just as promised. They even added the seal we previously bought to the bottom of the garage door. The crews for the trapping and insulation were really great on time and very professional. This was a great experience and we definitely would use them for any future projects. "

"I had been hearing rumbling/tumbling above my ceiling before pest control came out. Generally heard at night...Lawrence came out inspected and found many points of entry. There also was evidence of activity feces etc. Lawrence closed off all entry ways and set up a trap in the attic. It was also evident that rodent was possible going from attic to garage as there is an entry point between the 2. nOver the course with the trap no rodent was caught but there was also indication that there is mouse activity. Lawrence went above and beyond helping me to clean up debris and I will be scheduling a garage clean out in the very near future."

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
