"Called Shon late in the evening last Wednesday during that horrible week when the temperature was barely above zero during the day and fell to subzero temps overnight. Our well pump had simply stopped working so we were without water entirely! Shon returned our call within 5 minutes of having placed it with his answering service. He listened respectfully and carefully as we fully described our problem. After providing exhaustive information to Shon, he told us exactly the nature of the pump failure, how he was going to go about fixing it the next day (Thursday) and that he would most likely be finished by noon the next day. He arrived promptly at the time agreed upon and immediately set about his work. He was finished promptly, cleaned up his work area, and left the the invoice on the kitchen table prior to departing. He was personable, friendly, patient, prompt, and professional in the best sense of the term. We discussed some other ideas we had about bathroom remodeling. "Kyle came over and walked around, reviewing the issues and explaining options to getting the water out of the basement. His recommendation was to install a sump pump, and set up a system to pump the water out of the house. He mentioned installing additional drainage options around the window well of the leaky window. I asked about the wall in the garage that was creating the majority of the problem--how would they repair it. He mentioned a few options and stated that he needed to discuss the situation with his team and would get back to me. Took photos and measurements. Was here about an hour documenting all the issues. <br /> A week later Kyle came back with recommendations from the team. There was no mention of repairing the damaged foundation wall. I used another company that rebuilt the wall with cinder blocks and concrete, and sealed up the leaky window. No leaks. No need for a sump pump system. <br /> If you need a sump pump system, I think this company would do an excellent job. Very detail oriented. <br />"

"I had arranged with a different company to have new kitchen appliances delivered and installed. When the delivery/installer arrived with the new appliances, they informed me that they would be unable to install the dishwasher and oven because the existing plumbing was inadequate (despite me having confirmed with the installer prior to delivery that the plumbing would not be an issue). I told them to just leave the dishwasher and oven and that I would hire someone else to address the plumbing. We had company coming the next day, so I knew I had to try and quickly get a plumber over to my house in order to set up the plumbing so that I could finish the installation of the dishwasher and oven. The Pearson representative that took my call worked hard to find a serviceman in my area who could fit me in between his existing jobs that day. Later that afternoon, the Pearson plumber arrived, performed the work requested quickly and professionally, and I was then able to finish installing the dishwasher and oven. Pearson’s extra efforts to fit me into their busy schedule the same afternoon that I called, despite not really having to, was much appreciated and, most importantly, their work has held up wonderfully with no issues."
