Washing machine stopped working

Technician looked at the machine and identified the parts that would need to be replaced and the associated cost plus labor

The technician said that based on the age of the machine and the costs it would be better to invest in a new washing machine

He recommended some model based on his experience.

He was very professional and easy to talk to.

he answered all of my questions.

One area of improvement is that it took 1 week to get a technician out to my house.  I would have liked a faster schedule especially with a washing machine that you use all the time.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
