"Terrible job is not strong enough to say how dissatisfied I am . Sales person on phone did not fully explain cleaning and coating, he was too anxious to book me but did say they would replace furniture when done. When crew arrived, they couldn't just clean and coat as originally priced, without stripping existing coating, which almost tripled the price. I specifically asked if work crew would help with laying carpet back down when done and told they would take care of it including replacing furniture. They left everything in shambles and ran out door saying if it's sticky don't walk on it. I'm a 74-year old woman who now has to move furniture including a sleeper sofa. Will never use again."

"We hired Music City Remodeling to remove our tub in our master bathroom and replace it with a storage bench and extend our shower. The communication with Tiffany (CSR) was horrendous. Her attitude was “ our way or the highway”. She has a rough exterior type communication with an attitude that you the customer do not matter to us. We hired them on July 1, 2025 and Franklin came out to assess the job and promised us it would be completed in two weeks. Tiffany gave us a materials list which we took to Floor and Decor and purchased. Then Music City went back to Floor and Decor without discussing with us and purchased even more materials under our account. They over purchased to the tune of almost $1,000. They did return the over purchases but left them in three places at our house for several weeks. They came in on July 1 and demolished our bathroom and then informed us the next day they wouldn’t be back for a week! Our house looked like a disaster zone. My husband was so upset he told them that was totally unacceptable so they sent a contractor out for one more day that week. Our first estimate on the job did not hold up because Franklin did not listen to me as I explained the storage bench I wanted to replace the bathtub so we were charged an additional $1,700 for the bench when it was completed. The work was not completed until mid August. Then as we started using the shower - it pours water onto the floor each time we shower. It appears the pitch on the shower was not built so the water would drain back into the shower so Music City blames Cory the shower contractor that they told us to use and he blames them for the problem. Franklin told us he’d make it right but never did. Now each time we shower we must squiggy the door area before we get out of the shower or it pours onto our rug and floor. I would not recommend Music City Remodelers to remodel for any of my friends. I have been asked by several and I tell them all my experience with this outfit. Also we never knew what time of day nor even what day they were going to show up to work. Sometimes we were just told that someone would be by that day but no appointment time nor general idea what time they’d be here. This was so inconvenient if we needed to go out that day.Tiffany gave Cory, the shower glass guy, the wrong address and then reprimanded us for not being home when he came. All in all we had a very bad experience hiring Music City Remodeling. They do not value the customer’s time nor position as a client. They do not stand behind their work and “make it right” as promised."
